Replacement milking system control
The RM-30 control is designed as a replacement control for automatic cleaning systems in milking systems. The cleaning process can be adapted to different milking systems by adjusting the parameters accordingly
|
|
The RM-30 is a replacement control unit for
- defective time switches / electrical controls
- time relays (pulsation timers)
- mechanical thermostats
- level controllers
- selector switches “milking/cleaning”
The optional TF4A temperature sensor (PT-1000) is required to replace mechanical thermostats.
The control unit has been successfully installed in cleaning machines manufactured by
Westfalia - GEA | Flaco | Etscheid | DeLaval | GM, etc.
Depending on the model, the RM-30 can be installed and operated in various ways. Depending on the variant used, either the start button included in the scope of delivery or the separate control unit must be installed to start cleaning. In both cases, you have the advantage of the electronic display.
