We do not participate in the consumer arbitration procedure under the Consumer Dispute Settlement Act (VSBG).
The European Commission has set up an internet platform for an online dispute settlement. The platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes about contractual obligations from purchase and service contracts that were concluded online.
