I/O Expansion module ESIO-001

With I/O expansion modules, WELBA controls can be expanded with additional digital and analog inputs and outputs.

• The 6 output relays can either all be operated with 24VDC or all with 230 V AC.
• The 5 digital inputs (24V DC) can be configured either as NPN or PNP inputs using jumpers. The inputs 1..4 can also measure a frequency of up to 10 kHz.
• The 2 current inputs 4..20 mA with supply voltage connection can be used to connect corresponding sensors.

USB-module external ESUSB-1

is used to read out the recorded tank monitor data and fault messages by simply plugging in a standard USB stick.

A PC to retrieve the data is not required.

Battery holder (without batterys)

required for the power supply of the control to maintain all tank monitor functions in case of a power failure.

The monitoring module is determining the power input independently for each connected motor and hereof it
will be deduced whether the respective motor rotates and whether it runs with or without load so that a defective stirring wing can be detected for example.

Agitator monitoring module ESVAW-001

is installed into the control wire to the agitator motor and
monitors the proper stirring function via the power consumption
of the stirring motor.
