The team
Welba was established in 1986 by Frank Orth, who, until then, had been in charge of the electronics department of a leading manufacturer of equipment for the dairy sector and other branches of industry. His team at that time had already existed for 17 years, and many of its members made the switch to Welba. In other words, the experience of the company owner and a large part of his staff goes back to 1969.

20 years of successful development work
Over a period of 20 years, Welba has steadily grown into a specialised manufacturer of electronic devices for measuring, control and regulating systems. The product range has been systematically extended and adapted to the latest technical progress, as have the company’s development and production methods.

Recognised partner and market leader
Welba is now a recognised partner for many branches of industry, and the world’s top manufacturer of electronic control systems for the dairy industry, despite its relatively small size. For many years Welba has been one of the leading suppliers to the world’s most prominent manufacturers of dairy industry equipment.

The team

The Welba team can realy on know-how that has been systematically developed and consolidated over a period of many years. The specialisations of its staff are many and varied: electronic engineers and technicians, design engineers, master craftsmen in electronics, skilled workers, layout designers, IT experts, switchbox engineers, fitters, commercial staff, etc. Whenever necessary - in particular for special development work - experienced freelancers with the appropriate expertise are recruited.
